Direct-to-Film in Four Easy Steps

The VersaSTUDIO BY-20 makes direct-to-film production simple, no weeding, no masking, no complexity.

Step 1. Print

Print your design onto transfer film using the BY-20 and S-PG2 inks.

Step 2. Powder

Apply S-POWDER evenly over the printed film.

Step 3. Cure

Melt the powder using an oven or heat press.

Step 4. Press

Heat press onto your garment, peel the film, and you’re finished.
