What are your opening hours for Technical Support?
Our technical support teams are on hand to support you Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The quickest way to contact us is using myRoland to open your support case. This ensures that the technical support advisor has all the necessary information to hand to offer accurate support as quickly as possible.
Which products can be covered by an extended warranty?
Our original and extended warranty packages cover a wide range of Roland DG machines. For pricing and contract options, please login/ register on myRoland where you can view the full range of extended warranties available for your machine.
How does RolandCare work if I have more than one machine?
We have discounts available for multi machine cover, as well as multi year cover, all with one annual payment or monthly interest free direct debit. Contact 01275 335540 for more information.
How does the support process work?
To start the support process you'll need to raise a support case. This can be done in several ways, either by calling our support line on 01275 335540, emailing email@example.com or the quickest and easiest way is by registering an account on myRoland - my.roland.eu
When your case is raised you will be assigned a case reference number and our Tech Support Team to begin work on finding a solution within your warranty's agreed SLA. This process can be handled by phone, email or remote login and support. When using myRoland, you can interact with our Tech Team in real time at your convenience.
Our Tech Support Team can resolve 65% of cases remotely without the need for an engineer visit, minimising downtime for you and getting you back up and running quickly. If your case cannot be resolved remotely, it will be passed to our Engineering Team for an on-site visit. Depending on the SLA specified by your warranty, our Engineer Schedulers will contact you the day before the next available visit to arrange a convenient time and date for an on-site visit.
An engineer will arrive at the time and date agreed and work on resolving problem you have. Besides checking the reported fault, they will also check all aspects of your machine and repair where needed. All parts and labour are covered within the terms of your warranty. Where machines don't have an active contract or warranty, the engineer will explain what is required to repair the fault, advising of costs before completing any repair.
Given the extensive diagnosis work our Technical Support Team perform at the initial stages of the case, we are proud that we are able to achieve an industry leading 98% first time fix rate in the field.
What is DG Connect?
DG Connect is your Roland DG Printer Companion application which gives you a detailed understanding of your entire print operation through a simple to understand dashboard and smartphone application. Check your ink levels, consumable life, printer health and more.
What is myRoland?
myRoland is your portal to the Roland DG World. Registration is completely free and gives you access to a full library of Manuals, Drivers, Software, Firmware, Tutorial Videos, Colour Profiles and more.
It’s where you can contact us to raise a support ticket, check the status of open and historical support cases, and check your warranty status.
