Business Development Manager Digital Fabrication Solutions EMEA


To realize our ambitious growth plans in the world of Digital Fabrication, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – Digital Fabrication Solutions for EMEA (m/f).


Roland DG has offices in Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Spain and UK.

Supported by the Head of Business Development EMEA, your main responsibility is to develop and grow company’s business B2B activities and revenues in new and priority market segments. You will take funnel ownership & coordination with the Roland DG EMEA stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Service. Initial focus is on the DACH region with a clear outlook for expansion to other regions within EMEA.

You will work for a global market leader in the industry that demonstrates continuous investments in innovative product and technologies to grow new business.

In this position, you will manage, co-ordinate and execute dedicated sales activities in EMEA Digital Fabrication market, guided by the company strategy for industrial markets. You take ownership of the dedicated Digital Fabrication funnel – creation, synchronisation, and qualification.

  • develop and implement suitable sales tactics
  • Team up with Sales for conversion – coach and support
  • Identify and connect with a network of relevant industry players
  • Advise on portfolio improvements as well as alternative channel supply routes

Preferably, you tick the following boxes:

  • self-starting attitude
  • experienced in working in an international environment with professional track record in C-level sales and business development, preferably in the printing industry
  • advanced knowledge of Digital Fabrication business processes & workflows
  • Advanced CRM Salesforce experience – manage by example
  • Excellent written and oral skills in German and English
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel (international) frequently
  • Live in Germany or Belgium
