Removable Denture Kit

Using the included, specially designed silicone moulds, polymerise an acrylic and monomer mixture to create acrylic material blocks for milling with DWX devices.
Three-Easy-Steps
Mix & Pour
Measure cold-curing liquid and powder and add to a mixing bowl. Vibrate the mixture while pouring into the denture base mould.
Polymerise
Place mould in a pressure pot to polymerise then remove the cured material from the mould.
Mill
Set the material in the TRK fixture and place it in your material adapter to mill a partial or full denture base on a DWX device.

Using the included, specially designed silicone moulds — pour a gypsum mixture to create blocks for milling with DWX devices.
Three-Easy-Steps
Mix & Pour
Measure and mix water and gypsum then pour into a full-arch or quadrant silicone mould.
Cool
Wait for the mixture to harden and then remove the block from the silicone mould.
Mill
Set the block in the TRK fixture and place in your material adapter to mill on a DWX device.
