He is manager at the S-Promax copy and sign shop and recently purchased four new Roland machines at Pantoon NV to keep pace with orders. "I'm up to my ears in work. Even if customers were to stop coming in, I would still have enough work for three months."

    GRP, also called Rockstar Suzuki World MX1, is a well-known name in the world of motocross. GRP runs teams that compete for the title in the World Championship motocross. Their list of awards is impressive: 28 times world champion and dozens of other important titles. Also their promotional activities are impressive and Roland DG is their ideal partner for this end.

    Artex knows innovation. This producer of semi-finished roller, fold, plissé and slat blinds was established about 60 years ago and is still looking for new technologies, fabrics and innovation possibilities. In 2005, the company decided to start a partnership with Roland DG for the digital production of roller blinds. The introduction was very successful and in the coming period, the company will produce about 50.000 roller blinds. This success story is certainly not finished.

    The track is not the only place where things have to go fast for the Alstare-Ducati Superbike team. Speed is also crucial in the production of the promotional material and teamwear. That is why Alstare chose the PRO4 series from Roland DG. The prints that Alstare's graphics department makes are used for the stickers on the competition motorcycles and transportation lorries, as well as for posters, banners and displays that decorate the hospitality unit, trade fair booths, etc. The Roland PRO4 series matches the needs of the Ducati Superbike team.

    The company Combiflex bv is located in the Dutch city of Eindhoven and specializes since 1998 in the production of doming stickers. These stickers with resin layer were totally new in the Benelux countries at that moment and were only available in other European countries under the name of ‘dome labels'. Today, Combiflex produces over 100.000 doming stickers and labels per week.

    German-based company millDENT specialises in the manufacture of dental prostheses made of zirconium. Founder Akin Öztürk uses the DWX-50 milling machine from Roland DG in the manufacturing process. The 5-axes machine is ideal for milling crowns and bridges in zirconium, PMMA and wax. "The DWX-50 is compact, easy to operate and much less expensive than similar machines from other manufacturers," Öztürk says.

    Vossen Chocoladewerken

    Peter Vossen who hails from the Someren district of the Netherlands specialises in chocolate that is customised to his clients' wishes. He produces unique tablets of chocolate with a logo, drawing or a message from the client at the request of companies, associations and other interested parties. The element that makes the tablets so special is that the design is indented or applied in 3D. In order to achieve this, the chocolatier has a Roland DG milling machine which allows him to make his own moulds in-house.

    Vermeulen & Vermeulen Reclame

    Marcel Vermeulen was one of the first in the Netherlands to be professionally involved in car wrapping. His company, Vermeulen & Vermeulen Reclame, is still a well-known name in the vehicle lettering and wrapping industry. Marcel is strong minded in his choice for the production of stickers. He opts for Roland: ‘The machines are wonderful. They are easy to operate, and the prints are beautiful.'
